It takes a special kind of person to work at Chapel Grove
Baptist Daycare. We hire the best-qualified and most experienced child
care professionals possible. Every staff member has completed the Red
Cross child/infant CPR course and basic first aid course. All staff have
completed the 12-week state certification program in child development
and daycare. Background checks are also completed on all staff members
before they join us.
As you might expect, our directors are extremely qualified and
passionate about providing the best quality experience for our
children. Joann Bumgardner has been the director of our daycare since
2000.
